When the weather starts to get warmer, it can be hard to figure out what is appropriate to wear to work. When I first started working in an office as an intern I was so confused about if I was allowed to wear open toed shoes, if taking off a cardigan was okay when I was wearing a tanktop and hot, etc. I was not even sure if I could wear fun colored nail polish because so many magazines had told me only neutral nails were acceptable for work! 

 This look is one of my favorite combos -- a fitted dress with a blouse underneath. It will work all Spring and Summer long, and I can just swap out the blouse color. I didn't realize until I was writing that post that today is actually St. Patrick's Day.. soo this look is not only office appropriate but also office appropriate for St. Patrick's Day!

    I'm always afraid that things will shift around during the day and get bunchy if I layered a blouse under a dress but this really looks so nice that I feel like I should at least give it a try!

    I'm a huge fan of the collared shirt under a dress! It always looks so nice and polished and is a fun way to switch up the cardigan/dress combo. I bet you're the best dressed girl at your work:) Happy St. Paddy's Day!

    Great pairing--I love the navy and green! I've found that wearing brightly colored nail polish to work is ok so long as it is kept up (no chipping, etc). Glad I'm not the only one who wears it!
