I wore this look recently and really loved all the details in it. The green pops against the white. I love the embellished sandals and all of the different accessories! I think the white sandals plus white jean combo helps to extend your leg line.. similar to how it is with nude pumps! My exact sandals are here. However, they are only available in one size. I love these and they are under $90! (These are also similar and are only $35.)

I recently received a new watch and I am obsessed with it! It is super unique because it is actually a wood watch! (How cool, huh!?) This watch is from a company in St. Louis called Jord Watches. It is super light and comfortable, too!

How fun are these layered necklaces? My Rocksbox contact actually suggested it in my most recent set. I cannot find the exact necklace online but this one is similar. Hello, everyone! Hope you all had a great Memorial Day Weekend! Tyler and I had family in town on Friday and Saturday. We went to the Royals vs. Cardinals game on Friday and to Power and Light on Saturday. It was so much fun! On Sunday, Tyler and I had a date night to see Pitch Perfect 2. (It was aca-amazing!!) On Monday, we just relaxed during the day and then later went to play tennis! Tyler played all through high school so he is really good. I have only played once before... so thankfully he is patient while he teaches me haha!

Above is the outfit I wore for our tennis match and quick run after. I love the neon in this look! Both are from Under Armour. I cannot find the exact shorts online (the ones I found online have a pink accent instead of yellow), but I just bought them this weekend so check your stores if you want the exact ones! Also, this hair style is my new favorite go-to. It is super quick and easy, so let me know if you would like a tutorial!

How many dresses do you have in your closet that you wore for a fancy semi-formal event (bridal shower, Easter, etc.) and never touched again? Today I wanted to share with you all one way to dress them down a little bit! (This works for any dress really, but I love doing it with something that is a little fancier that I want to dress down.) Knotting a chambray shirt gives the dress such a relaxed feel! Of course, you can also just throw on a denim jacket... but I really like how this is a little more unexpected!

As I am sure you all know by now, The Nordstrom Sale started today! There are so many great things you can pick up now at a great discount! Normally, this is when I splurge on a pair of shoes, but this year I was all about finding a good deal on a trench coat. I ordered this one. Online, it looks like the perfect combination of rain coat and trench so hopefully it is as great in person!

Things are selling out like crazy, so if there is something you want don't hesitate! I had this skirt in mind all day (it is less than $20!) but by the time I went to add it to my cart it was sold out in my size! The same thing happened with these wedges.

I have seen a bunch of picks today on other blogs, and so many feature the exact same things -- Kendra Scott jewelry, Tory Burch shoes, and Rebecca Minkoff bags. While I love (and have!) all of those things, I really tried to round up some other hidden goodies for you all :).

If you were a reader of my blog last Summer, you may recognize this kimono. I was obsessed with it last Summer and was crossing my fingers that they would not go out of style for this year! I was so happy to see them back at pretty much every retailer this year. (Remember this post?)

I pulled this one out of the closet for a casual look recently. It's a pretty simple look of just jeans and a basic v-neck -- but the kimono and bright bag give it some fun detail! This kimono is no longer available, but this one is SO similar because it is black floral print AND it has pom pom edges! (Psst. it is only $34!)

P.S. Are any other bloggers having issues with their pictures being distorted when they upload them?! I don't know what is wrong!

I love when the weather warms up because I feel like my wardrobe just doubles. All of a sudden I have a drawer of shorts to work with, haha! I love the idea of dressing up shorts with blouses and wedges, so that is what I did here. The shorts are last year (you can see how I wore them here). However, these are incredibly similar and I love these!

Pink and turquoise is one of my favorite color combinations, so I was excited when the weather in Kansas City was nice enough for me to pull out this pink shift dress! Unfortunately, my exact dress is old, but I have found a similar one here. I love how the turquoise pops against this pink dress!

I wore this outfit for a date night with Tyler this past weekend. We went to a bar to watch the Royals game and then once it was over we went out to dinner at Buca di Beppo! It is one of our favorite restaurants, but we don't make it there too often. In fact, it is where we went for dinner the night he proposed! It was such a fun night together. Hope you all had a good weekend!
