I think by now, we can all agree that white jeans are welcomed year round! Since white jeans are typically seen during spring or summer, it can be hard to style them for fall sometimes. Below are a list of three tips I have for you, to help transition your summer staple into the cooler months! (Of course, take them all with a grain of salt. This is just what works for me!)
1. Shoe Choice: To help your outfit look more fall appropriate, add a fall shoe! I went with some wedge booties, although riding boots would work well too! Although you may love them, set your flip flops or wedges away until it really warms up again.
2. Color Choice: There is quite a selection of beautiful fall colored clothes out there right now. Reach for rich tones, like burgundy, emerald, navy, etc. A burnt orange or mustard yellow could also work well, too! If you want to pair you white jeans with a bright colored top, try to pair it with accessories that make it look less spring-y. (Is that a word haha?!) A scarf, faux fur vest, stocking cap, etc. will help take your brightly colored tops into the new seasons!
3. Layers: Going off of that last sentence from point two... add some layers to your look! Fall is the perfect time to layer. I paired my jeans with a navy puffer vest. I love vests for layering because they can add such an element of interest to your outfit without adding bulk or making you too hot. Mine is currently on sale... shop it here! Not a vest fan? You could add a blazer, leather jacket, military jacket, cardigan, etc. instead!
So, what do you think? How do you transition your white denim into the cooler months?
