  I recently saw one of my favorite Instagram accounts, White Coat Wardrobe, post an outfit of a white dress with a navy gingham top tied around it. It was her fourth of July look and I was instantly in love! I knew I wanted to recreate it with my own pieces. I opted for a purple gingham top to make the look a little bit more of my own, and loved how it looked! I am all for re-wearing pieces in my wardrobe, and this is a great way to get extra wear out of a white dress (or any dress for that matter)!

    Adorable! I love the idea of wearing a shirt over a dress to give it a completely different look! Gingham is a favorite pattern of mine. Did you buy your shirt a little big in order to knot it so well? Mine never seems to have enough fabric to knot. hehe
