Orvis recently launched their new spring collection and it is amazing! There are so many fun colors, patterns, and fabrics to choose from. If you are not familiar with Orvis, they have outdoor appropriate looks inspired by nature with feminine color choices, classic silhouettes, and fun prints. Orvis specializes in providing women (and men!) with fashionable pieces that are also functional. For me, spring is a time where I constantly want to reach for color and comfortable pieces.

The top I am wearing in these pictures fits both of those "requirements".  It is a wrinkle resistant shirt that is  quick drying and moisture resistant. I was immediately attracted to this top because it  said wrinkle resistant. I am all about clothes that are easy to take care of. I have to really love something to order it if its dry-clean only, for example. I also honestly really dislike ironing. It is not a chore I enjoy at all! A top that is wrinkle resistant item is appealing to me because that means it is an easy piece that I can throw on without having to worry about wrinkles in the fabric. It is a perfect piece to pack for vacations, too. (That's probably why they call it the travel top haha!) Between the sleeve length, color, and that specification, I was sold! As you may remember, this year I am trying to add more bright and bold colors to my wardrobe.

One quick thing I will mention about this top is that I don't think the color is really accurately portrayed in these photos. Online it says it's a flame coral and looks more red-orange/magenta than coral. In person, it is a beautiful bright coral top! However, I feel like it photographed with more of a red tone. I noticed it while we were taking these pictures, so I had to stand in the direct sunlight (which I almost never do) to get the proper color to show. Just an FYI if you are looking into ordering (or wondering why the color changed in between pictures haha)! I personally love the bright coral color it has in person and think it looks great against a navy and white color palette :).

With lightweight and soft fabrics, the new Orvis spring collection offers transitional pieces that are perfect for staying stylish throughout all your spring adventures. This is a top I can wear to work, with shorts or a skirt this summer, and a top I will definitely be packing on an upcoming vacation! I think it will be the perfect top for exploring a new place. The fabric will keep my dry if it is hot out, it's a great layering piece, and since it is wrinkle resistant it's an easy piece to pack! I hope you get inspired by Orvis' spring line as it aims to add fashion and sophistication to every outdoor adventure.
