One of the most recent style trends I've gotten into is monochromatic outfits. Two years ago I never would have paired a blue blazer with a blue shirt, but now it's almost the first thing I reach for. It was Shanna of Because Shanna Said So who inspired me to put a striped shirt underneath a polka dot blazer. I am all for mixing patterns, but for some reason this was something I had never tried!  What was even better about this outfit is that it was made up of things I have had for over a year but never paired together. Thank goodness for the blogging world, right!?
