One big trend for fall that I am sure you are seeing everywhere is ponchos. It seems like every time I scroll through Instagram or Pinterest I see quite a few people wearing them. I did not have any in my closet, so I finally decided to add one to my wardrobe. I decided on this one from Old Navy. I was immediately drawn to the olive color. I cannot get enough of it this season!

Since a poncho is very loose fitting, I partially tucked in a striped top into jeans to define a waist. (By the way this top is only $5! It comes in five colors!).  I went with a pair of loafers to keep the look casual. However, I think this would look great with some nude wedges to add some height to the look and elongate the leg more.

    When I hear poncho I think back to those godawful crochet things I wore in like 9th grade and then I have to remember that they have come a long way ha! I love the color of this one and how comfy it looks!

    I love Old Navy! For a few years the clothes were pretty bland and meh but in the past 6 months or so I think they've really stepped up their game.
