On Saturday, Tyler and I took a day trip down to Overland Park, KS to go shopping. (We renamed it to snow-verland park due to the winter-y conditions of the day!) Unfortunately, the whole shopping day was a major fail. I only walked away with some work out clothes and new Bath and Body Works' candles. (Pretty sure Tyler left only with new socks, ha.) It seemed like everyone in the city was at the mall, which definitely made browsing the racks hard. Many stores had lines for the fitting rooms... something neither of us had the patience for!

I had a very specific wish list and did not find a single item on it at any store in the entire mall! I don't think my wish list was too crazy, either: a pink gingham shirt, a navy skirt, and a pink skirt. Seems pretty simple, right? So if you are out shopping and find any of these items somewhere please let me know in the comments! I'm still on the look out for each of them!

    Great outfit today, and sorry you didn't find your wishlist items at the mall! That is so frustrating, especially when they do seem like pretty normal items. I will keep my eyes open and let you know if I see any of those things around! :)

    I HATE trying to go to the mall with even a simple list of specifics. It essentially means I'm not going to find what I'm looking for.

    Really, a busy mall is another set up for failure. I just don't have the patience on most days!

    oh, I love this outfit. I always enjoy seeing new colors of Hunters (so I can brainstorm for my next pair ;) and these are adorable. I bet everyone was at the mall for the same reason as you, because it was so cold! I can shop when the stores are too packed, it stresses me way out!
