I have always loved how blouses looked when they were tied up over a skirt. I realized recently that I have worn it multiple times, but never featured it on the blog! I feel like knotting it makes such a change from tucking it in. This would look like a completely different outfit if it were not knotted. I have mentioned more than once that navy and mint is a favorite color combo of mine, so this outfit is just all sorts of perfect!
