Tyler's birthday was last Thursday! We kicked off our celebration by going to the Royals game on Wednesday night and watching them sweep the Texas Rangers with some friends. Thursday night, we went out to dinner just the two of us. We went to Bucca di Beppo, which is one of our favorite restaurants, but it is also specials because that is where we went after he proposed! That evening we went home and watched our alma matter's home opener accompanied with cake, wine, and gift opening! We spent the weekend in Omaha to celebrate with his family.
Above is the look I wore Thursday night. I scooped up this blazer from Flourish Boutique at an end of the season sale for more than 50% off. I have been waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it since, and what better time is there than my fiance's birthday!? This one is no longer available, but I have linked a similar below that is very reasonably priced. I know it will be a staple piece this holiday season! Since the blazer is such a stand out piece, I kept the accessories minimal with my favorite clutch from Francesca's! (psst... it's currently 50% off)
