The weather this past weekend was so nice, it definitely had me craving spring! It was nice enough to walk around one of our outdoor malls and pick up some fun new spring pieces. (Want a hint for what I purchased? Check out my shop tab.) Since the weather was nicer, I wanted to wear an outfit with more of a spring color palette. I reached a mint sweater first and then added on some pink earrings for a fun touch. Although warm, it was not nice enough to go without a coat, so I opted for a puffer vest. You all have seen this specific vest before a couple times, but some of my favorite posts are here and here.
I love puffer vests because they are great for transition weather. When it is just starting to feel like fall, I reach for mine constantly. It's a great option for when you don't want to break out your heavier coats! Then come the start of spring I find myself doing the same. Although it's only February 3 so I hardly consider this the start of spring haha! It was just such a nice surprise to have great weather the last day of January.
Navy and mint is one of my favorite color combos. Fun fact, they were our wedding colors! Have you seen our wedding pictures? We're getting close to one year!

I'm thinking a vest might come in handy at work. We are back in the corner where this is a draft. A vest wouldn't be too bulky or bothersome, I don't think.
ReplyDeleteLove this puffer vest! Vests are having a major moment right now whether it is puffer or herringbone, the color of yours is beautiful! I'm now hosting a weekly Weekend Wear Friday linkup and would love for you to share your styles. Have a great weekend!

A quilted navy vest is always a classic - I own one too. I love mint with navy, even better with a splash of bright pink. :-)
