Peter Pan Collars with The Gold Hatted Lover!

Good morning, everyone! Today I am teaming up with the lovely Mary-Katherine of The Gold Hatted Lover to show you how we wear peter pan collars. I've been a fan of peter pan collars for awhile now, and I'm kind of surprised they aren't more popular! I went on a massive hunt for one of these before going to the always trusty J Crew. (Seriously, no other stores had them!!) I love how MK styled hers with a skirt, which shows just how versatile they are!

I paired mine with a simple necklace underneath the collar to give it a little something more. These tops stand out great on their own, so a lot of accessorizing isn't really necessary. (But I couldn't resist a little sparkle!)

    Google Friend Connect isn't working for anyone I noticed. I'm not sure if they are switching to something else, because I noticed that they added a new gadget to our layout page. Anyway love that top! I work at Aerie and we had a bunch right around the time they became popular and then never got them in again!

    I just bought my very first peter pan collared shirt yesterday, and I'm obsessed with it! I worried my broad shoulders would look too boxy in it, but it's actually super cute and feminine :)

    I fell in love with peter pan collars a few years ago, and I managed to snag a couple of shirts and dresses with peter pan collars while they were still all over stores. They are actually extremely versatile and can even be layered under other sweaters and dresses for a whole new look.

    I absolutely adore peter pan collars! But they are really hard to find. That's the only reason I don't have a million of them. I have found them at Loft in addition to J Crew though, in case you want a second site to search!

    You ladies look absolutely lovely in you shirts! And adding a bit of sparkle was definitely a great idea!

    Love peter pan collars!! They are so adorable . As for the GFC thing, you aren't the first person I have heard ask about that. I know they shut down google reader (like over the summer), but I don't know if now they have eliminated GFC too. Once they did away with reader, I switched to bloglovin.
